BY Slurry‑Composite Insulation Board Exterior Wall Fire‑Resistant Insulation System (B‑System Type IV Panel)
An exterior wall fire‑protective insulation system with a fire‑barrier structure, comprising BY insulation boards, fixing materials (such as adhesive mortar and anchor bolts), a mortar‑based fire‑resistant leveling layer, a finishing plaster layer, and a decorative finish layer. Type IV panels are insulation boards manufactured by spraying an interface mortar on both sides of a vacuum‑insulated panel substrate.

It is used as an insulation layer in residential buildings, public buildings, commercial buildings, and for energy‑saving retrofits of existing structures.
Product Advantages
I. Exceptional thermal insulation performance—industry-leading.
II. Ultra-thin and lightweight, significantly reducing space requirements and structural loads.
3. Class A non-combustible—absolutely fire-safe.
4. Dimensional stability, no cracking, no delamination, and excellent waterproofing.
5. Faster construction and shorter project duration.
VI. Environmentally friendly and compliant with the dual-carbon goals.
Instructions for Use
Base wall preparation → Layout of reference lines → Preparation of bonding mortar → Application of the bonding and leveling layer using bonding mortar → Installation of Type IV boards, with joints filled to a width of 5–8 mm using bonding mortar → Anchoring with expansion anchors → Construction of a 12–15 mm thick fire‑resistant leveling layer using mortar → Preparation of crack‑resistant mortar → Application of the first coat of crack‑resistant mortar, embedding the fiberglass mesh → Application of the second coat of crack‑resistant mortar → Finishing layer construction.
