Instructions for Use
1. Steel structure installation: Begin by installing steel columns and steel purlins, with a purlin spacing of no more than 1.5 m and a flatness deviation of no more than 3 mm.
2. Wall panel transportation: Use dedicated racks to prevent bending or deformation, and stack no more than 5 layers high.
3. Wall panel installation: Install from bottom to top, with tongue-and-groove joints between panels, and secure with self-tapping screws into the purlins at intervals no greater than 300 mm.
4. Sealing Treatment: Apply a specialized polyurethane sealant to the panel joints (with weather resistance of ≥10 years), and reinforce the corners with dedicated corner brackets.
5. Installation of door and window openings: Leave an expansion joint of 10–15 mm at the door and window openings, and seal it with sealant after installation.
6. Acceptance Criteria: Wall panel verticality deviation ≤ 3 mm/m; surface flatness deviation ≤ 2 mm/m.
