Real stone paint
Calcium silicate board–rock wool composite panel (with a true‑stone paint finish) is an integrated thermal insulation and decorative panel, fabricated by bonding a high‑density calcium silicate board as the facing layer to premium rock wool core material, with a factory‑applied true‑stone paint finish. The product combines Class A fire resistance, thermal insulation, soundproofing and noise reduction, water resistance and weatherability, and aesthetic appeal. It is pre‑fabricated in the factory and installed on site, delivering insulation, fire protection, and decoration in a single step. It is ideally suited for exterior wall systems of public buildings, industrial structures, and high‑rise residential buildings where stringent requirements for fire safety, sound insulation, and durability apply.
Performance Metrics
1. System fire performance: Class A non-combustible
2. Thermal conductivity: ≤0.040 W/(m·K)
3. Tensile bond strength: ≥0.15 MPa
4. Flexural load: ≥1.5 kN/m
5. Weather resistance of the finish coat: ≥800 hours, with no chalking, cracking, or discoloration.
6. Airborne sound insulation: ≥35 dB
7. Freeze–thaw resistance: After 30 cycles, no delamination, no spalling, and no layer separation.
8. Water absorption: ≤5%
Scope of Application
Exterior thermal insulation and decorative systems for high-rise and super‑high-rise buildings.
Exterior walls of public buildings such as hospitals, schools, office buildings, and shopping malls.
Enclosing walls of industrial buildings such as factories, warehouses, and equipment rooms.
Renovation of old residential communities, exterior wall refurbishment, and energy-efficiency upgrading projects.
For building facades with stringent requirements for fire resistance, sound insulation, and moisture protection.
Product Advantages
Class A fire safety: rock wool core material + calcium silicate panels, achieving overall Class A non-combustibility and meeting the stringent fire‑resistance requirements of high-rise buildings.
Dual excellence in thermal insulation and soundproofing: delivers consistent thermal performance while providing superior sound insulation, enhancing building comfort.
Excellent decorative effect: True stone paint boasts a rich texture and natural colors, mimicking the appearance of stone or brick while delivering both aesthetic appeal and long-lasting durability.
System stability and durability: high‑strength panels, waterproof and crack‑resistant, with no efflorescence, mold, or delamination.
Efficient and rapid construction: Prefabricated, integrated components are manufactured in the factory and installed on-site using dry‑construction methods, resulting in short project timelines and minimal environmental impact.
Wide range of applications: Suitable for high-rise buildings, public facilities, industrial plants, urban renewal projects, and more, with strong adaptability.
Instructions for Use
Substrate Preparation: The substrate shall be smooth, solid, and free of delamination and oil contamination, with a flatness tolerance of ≤5 mm per 2 m.
Line layout and grid division: Establish horizontal and vertical control lines according to the layout plan, and determine tile positions and joint widths.
Adhesive application: Use a dedicated bonding mortar and apply it using the dot‑frame method, ensuring a bond area of at least 60%.
Install the support brackets: Mount two stainless steel angle brackets on each panel.
Joint treatment: Fill the joint with foam strips and apply a weather-resistant sealant, ensuring a smooth, continuous, and watertight seal.
Finished-product protection: Clean the panel surface, remove the protective film, and complete the installation upon successful acceptance.
